1. Non-Refundable Subscription Fee:

The subscription fee of Rs 500 is non-refundable under any circumstances. Once the subscription fee is paid, it cannot be refunded.

2. Exceptional Circumstances:

Refunds will only be considered in exceptional circumstances and at the sole discretion of Times of Republic management. Requests for refunds must be made in writing and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

3. Termination:

In the event of termination of subscription accounts by Times of Republic due to violation of these Terms or any other reason, subscribers will not be entitled to a refund of the subscription fee.
